What we collect

Information you give us. This site is phone-only for now — we don't run a contact form. If you call, we collect your phone number and anything you tell us during the call.

Calls to the number on this site are recorded. See "Call recording" below.

Information collected automatically. We use a privacy-focused website analytics service provided by our hosting platform. It records which pages are viewed, the approximate location (country and region, derived from your IP address and not stored), your device and browser type, and the referring source that brought you here.

This analytics service does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It does not build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell or share the data with advertisers. Because no non-essential cookies are set, this site does not display a cookie consent banner.

What we do not collect: we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information.

Call recording

Calls placed to the phone number on this website are recorded, and may be transcribed. We do this to confirm what was discussed, to review the quality and safety of the clinical guidance given on the phone, and to train our team.

Recordings and transcripts are handled the same way as any other information you give us: used only for the purposes above, shared only with the service providers listed below, and retained for 24 months, after which it is deleted.

If you do not want to be recorded, please don't call — email us at info@intravenewellnesstherapies.com instead, or ask us to switch to email partway through the call and we will stop the recording.

Calls are placed through a third-party call-tracking provider, which processes the phone number you are calling from, the date, time and duration of the call, the page or source that led you to call, and the recording itself.

Health information

If you describe symptoms to us by phone or form, that information is used solely to respond to you and, if you book, to provide care. This policy covers this website. It does not govern the clinical records created if you go on to book and receive treatment — those are handled under Intravene LLC's own patient privacy practices, which your nurse can provide on request.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and schedule services, keep required records, and improve the site. We do not use your contact details for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you promotional messages. We contact you only to answer the enquiry you made or to provide a service you booked.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate — our website host, our form-processing provider, our call-tracking provider (CallRail), and our website analytics provider — under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry records, call recordings and transcripts for 24 months, then delete them. Information that forms part of a clinical record is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and sale. Exercise these by contacting info@intravenewellnesstherapies.com. We will respond within the statutory period. You may appeal a refusal, and may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

We extend the same access, correction, deletion and portability rights to residents of every US state, including California, regardless of whether a particular state's law applies to us.

Security & changes

We take reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of transmission is completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
